Short Film Analysis
I had to watch a short film from short of the week. then I had to deconstruct a video of my choice to get inspiration for my short film.
https://www.shortoftheweek.com/2020/01/16/maude/ Is about a person who goes to baby sit whilst the mum goes out. The baby sitter has a look around the house as the baby is crying, then the baby sitter goes to the fridge and sees a lot of healthy drinks and vegetables. She decides to get a green smoothy from the fridge and tries to open it, as she is opening it see spills it on her t-shirt. The baby sitter sees athletic clothing on the side and decides to change into it. She looks at the baby and the baby stops crying. When she walks out of the house she is struggling with the push chair, and a jogger offers to help lift the psh chair. Then, the jogger asks her if it is her baby? This makes baby sitter wonder what it would be like to be a mother. In the middle part of the short film, they enter a coffee shop where the staff member tries to guess the name of the baby and gives the baby sitter a free drink. As she is walking along, she sees a notice for "Mommy and me" music class. She decides to join the class, and is pretending to be the baby's mum. After the class, she is walking down a road looking around acting like a proud mother. Then, out of nowhere a car stops and a guy gets out. They start talking, the baby sitter still pretends to be the baby's mum until the guy tells her that he is the father of the child. Finally, the father takes the baby away from the push chair.

During the short film there I the use of bright light and sunshine throughout. This give the impression of happiness, also this can be shown in the main characters.
