Colour Grading/Colour Correction
Lighting is one of the main factors when colour grading because it has 2 tones, warmer and cooler. Warmer is orange/red and cooler is blue. Tungsten are old lights with old bulbs. LED is the industry standard because of how cheap to run and hire they are. Lighting is the foundation of colour grading because you need to let the right amount of light through a cameras sensor to get good results when colour grading on your project.
White balance is used to remove unrealistic colour shifts in a photo of video.Colour is very important to the grading process because it’s you manipulate footage in your preferred editing software to get it they way a creator envisioned. Colour is also used to tell stories by having different pallets for each scene in a film.
