Pre-production
As a group, my team came up with ideas for our silent horror film that we were going to produce. The first was pre-production which included mind maps, script, mood boards, scripts, AV script, shooting schedule, shot list, equipment list, prop list, cast list, risk assessment. and the pitch. This was helpful, as a group, we found this part easy as we split it into sections.
Production
We went out on location to the areas in Epsom where we were going to film. We had to visit the location on several occasions to film, because of problems with my group getting there. In our film, Remmy was the main character who was excellent with his acting skills, as was Jed who was phenomenal. Jamie and I were the camera operators. I guided Jamie in what shots would be best for each scene and tested them out. Terry and Raheela were on audio. They played a big part in the short film as the audio needed to be crisp and perfect as the film will be played at Soho.
Some of the problems we encountered were some people went home early whilst the other people wanted to stay longer, and on some nights the weather was horrendous as it kept on raining, which meant that we couldn't film as it wouldn't be very nice to work in the rain. But thankfully my group worked co-operatively together and we produced a sensational piece of work.
Post-production
First, we distributed the footage so each person had a copy just in case someone's footage got corrupted, so we had a back-up. Then, we started putting the footage in their respective folders. This made it easier when I began to edit. For the editing, I used Premiere Pro on my personal computer. Some of the time I had to help the new people with editing as they have never used Premiere Pro before they came to Nescot. I found parts of the edit a little confusing so I asked members of my group to help me get on track again. When I have finished my editing I will need to add my sound effects. For my sound, I will use Foley, ambience and an audio library to produce the correct sounds I need. When I add my sound I will need to synchronise the audio with the footage. also, I need to render and export my final video.

A nice add on to your evaluation process with visual references, well done.
